1. Purpose and scope

This policy explains how SpaceVision AI sets and adjusts prices for every product and service we sell, including the AI Box hardware, the subscription-based analytics software, any optional add-ons or API plans, and professional services such as installation or model tuning. It complements our Refund Policy and follows common practices in the audience-analytics industry.

2. Product families and commercial stages

We organise pricing around two families, Media and Space, each offered in three commercial stages. “PoC” bundles are fixed-price packages for short pilot projects, “Basic” covers a standard roll-out, and “Advanced” is reserved for high-performance or custom deployments. Each stage has its own rate card that specifies hardware unit costs, software license fees, and any required minimum order quantity.

3. What the customer pays for

Every quotation separates a one-time hardware unit price from a recurring software license fee. Licence fees are billed monthly by default, although customers who pre-pay a full year receive two months of service at no additional charge. Optional professional services are always quoted individually, while API plans combine a base call allowance with overage fees for excess usage. A fixed PoC bundle combines a small number of devices with three months of software access so that first-time users can test the system without long-term commitment.

4. Volume and partner discounts

Minimum order quantities are stated on each rate card. As cumulative order size increases, hardware unit prices fall according to a tiered scale; typical discounts begin at five per cent for two hundred units and rise to eight per cent for five hundred units or more. Certified partners that sign a resale or OEM agreement may receive bespoke discounts under a separate nondisclosure agreement.

5. Currencies, taxes, and quotation validity

Domestic contracts are priced in Korean won. International customers may choose between United States dollars and Japanese yen before the quotation is issued. All prices are exclusive of value-added tax or similar indirect taxes unless the quotation states otherwise. Standard quotations remain valid for thirty calendar days and may be updated thereafter to reflect exchange-rate movements or changes in component costs.

6. Billing and payment terms

Hardware is invoiced in full when we accept a purchase order unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing. Software fees are invoiced in advance for the chosen billing period, and access is activated once funds are received. Professional services require a fifty per cent deposit at project kick-off, with the balance due on completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments attract statutory interest, and we reserve the right to suspend service until any overdue amount is cleared.

7. Price reviews and renewals

Recurring licence fees remain unchanged during the initial contract term. At renewal we may increase fees by the lower of the published consumer price index or five per cent, provided that we give at least thirty days’ written notice. Customers who wish to avoid a price adjustment can cancel their renewal by following the notice requirements in the Subscription Terms. Refunds follow the rules laid out in our Refund Policy.

8. Policy changes

We may revise this Price Policy from time to time. Any material change will be announced at least seven days before it takes effect and will not affect contracts that are already in force.
