Purpose and Scope

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase of SpaceVision AI’s subscription-based software service (“Service”) and any accompanying AI Box hardware device (“Hardware”). All transactions are processed through a designated merchant-of-record (MoR). Refunds approved under this Policy are returned via the same payment channel originally used. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms set out below, which are designed to align with global consumer-protection standards and typical industry practice.

First-Time Subscriber Guarantee

If you are subscribing to the Service for the first time, you may cancel for any reason within thirty (30) days from the initial charge and receive a full refund. This satisfaction guarantee is granted once per customer account and does not extend to subsequent renewals or resubscriptions.

Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Where consumer laws provide a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal period that equals or exceeds our thirty-day guarantee—for instance, fourteen days in the European Union or seven days in the Republic of Korea—those statutory rights take precedence. If you begin using the Service during such a statutory period, you expressly consent to immediate performance; any refund will then be prorated according to the unused portion as required by local regulation.

Hardware Returns

You may return unopened Hardware for any reason within thirty (30) days of the order date to obtain a full refund of the product price. If the packaging has been opened but the device remains unused and undamaged, a partial refund equal to eighty-five percent (85 %) of the product price will be issued to cover inspection and restocking. Hardware confirmed to be defective on arrival is eligible, at your choice, for either a free replacement or a one-hundred-percent (100 %) refund. All returns require an RMA number issued by our support team; you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was shipped.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the paid cycle, and charges already made are non-refundable. For annual plans, cancellation requested more than thirty (30) days after the initial charge entitles you to a prorated refund for each full unused month remaining in the current term.

Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Professional-service fees such as on-site installation, custom model training, or data-migration work are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds are likewise unavailable for accounts terminated due to breach of the Terms & Conditions or applicable laws, for payments made after a prior chargeback, or for loss or damage arising from misuse, modification, or accidental damage to Hardware.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected]—or reply directly to your purchase receipt—within the relevant timeframe. Include your order ID, the product or service concerned, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our support team will acknowledge your message within three (3) business days, provide return instructions where applicable, and, if the request is approved, initiate the refund through the original payment channel. Funds typically reappear on the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days, subject to bank processing times.

Abuse Prevention

SpaceVision AI reserves the right to refuse or limit future sales to accounts exhibiting excessive or patterned refund or chargeback activity, in order to protect legitimate customers and maintain service sustainability.
